Everyone looked beautiful at Monica's Quincinera. Here is her cousin Valeria, 13, in a lovely pink chiffon dress. Her mother, Lupe Romo, one of the famous Romo sisters of Agua Prieta, has an elegant royal blue gown with sequined belt. They were lookin' good!
